The source information on the marriage is from a book by
Dodd, Jordan / Georgia Marriages to 1850. It has the name Francis Power and Lydia Taylor. Married 17 Feb 1842. The name "Francis" (Frank) I got from another family tree on ancestry.com. Francis appears to be named after his grandfather, Francis Power, Revolutionary Soldier, enlisted Jan 3, 1776, in the 3rd Co, 14th Regiment, under Col John Glover, Esq. (Note: not proven).
