For what it is worth, & from old Blake family genealogy notes, a Poulter Blake, not necessarily the same person, married, lived & settled in Culpeper, Virginia, USA, in the early to mid- 1900's, where perhaps any descendants may still reside.
According to notes, he was born in 1870 in London, England, from which relevant Public Records Office a birth certificate can, I am sure, be sourced.
