Hi Doug,
I have a Samuel Poulter born 1821 in Mortlake, father Samuel.
I don't have any more information about either Samuel, but Samuel senior had three children - Sarah (my line) Samuel and Mary.
Not 100% proven.
Sarah Poulter (b. 1819) married Arnold Aldridge in 1853 (Proven)
