She married James W. Gross.
I think he was born abt 1831 in Rhode Island, USA, and died abt 1893, Burrillville, Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
The RI Vital Records has Roby's name as Phebe, so Roby was a nickname or the Phebe was just a recording error:
Gross, James W. aged 25 years, machinist, of Smithfield, son of Stephen and Abigail, and Phebe W. Potter, aged 24 years, of Cranston, born Providence, daughter of John W. and Eliza, at Providence. November 27, 1856.
