I am interested in corresponding with anyone that has information concerning the parents of the Rev. Andrew Jackson Potter. A. J. Potter's sister, Mary "Polly" Potter was my g-g-grandmother. She married Elijah Ginnings/Jennings in MO. They later came to Texas. A. J. Potter married Emily Guinn in Texas. He is buried in Bunton Cemetery, Caldwell County, Texas, and Emily is buried in San Angelo, Texas.
A. J. and Mary's siblings have been hard to trace, likewise, their parents. Much has been written about A. J. Potter, but nothing identifies anyone except his sister, Mary and her husband, Elijah Jennings.
