No, do not know any thing about Dorothy Potter Mosher, but I recommend Emery Batis' book, "Saints and Sectaries: Anne Hutchinson and the Antinomian Controversy in the Massachusetts Bay Colony; 1636-1650", published by the University of North Carolina Press, Chapel Hill, 1662.
Batis lists ALL of the members of Anne Hutchinson's group in an appendix at the back of the book. The thumbnail biographical sketch in the appendix is in addition to the information that is given in the text of the book.
By the way, Roger Williams was NOT a follower of Anne Hutchinson.Roger Williams founded Providence Plantation and helped Anne Hutchinson's group found Portsmouth.
Roger Williams was banished from the Mass. Bay Colony in April of 1636.Anne Hutchinson did not even stand trial until November 7 & 8, 1637.She was not banished until March 22, 1637/8.
There is also a published Mosher genealogy, which might be of some assistance to you.It is entitled, "Descendants of Hugh Mosher and Rebecca Maxson through Seven Generations".
You also might try the Mosher Message Board and the web site of a Mosher genealogist by the name of Sam Behling. His e-mail address is [email protected] & the URL for his web page is http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~sam/mosher.html  http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~sam/mosher.html
Sorry that I could not be of more help.
