Annette: Thanks for responding. I have limited information but will be glad to share what I know. My dad's name Milus Alfred Crump and was the son of Newton Veto Crump who was the son of Missouri & Henry Crump. My dad had 4 brothers: R.P., N.V.,Milford,Guin and 3 sisters: Willa(died at 2 yrs old),Estelle and Cleselle.
Elizabeth Missouri Posey Crump was born January 25, 1848 and died August 14, 1950 at age 102. I was a little girl but remember her funeral. She was a midwife and traveled by horse/wagon to deliver babies and always carried her bible. Her picture is on her tombstone. Henry Clay Crump was born January 17, 1845 and died March 10, 1928 at age 83 and was a Civil War soldier. His picture is also on his tombstone in his Civil War uniform. Was your grandfather their son?
