As far as anyone knows, there was a Posey/Allison marriage. The problem lies in which Posey girl married the Allison. Many think it was Mary who did, but there is a problem with that. What I have done is I have left the girl's first name blank for the time being. It seems that everyone knows that a Posey did marry an Allison....naming patterns, etc., point to it, but just who the girl was has never been 100% proven. Seems to me that there is a document out there somewhere that should show it, but I have never seen it.
