I hope you do find those answers! But I would be the answers are already here in America in Salt Lake City on microfilm. We've just haven't looked long enough and hard enough in the right spot yet. Thanks to LDS, the records may have been microfilmed years ago and already there. Thanks to LDS, that's how we found out that the alleged noble Poschet pedigree was a fabrication. And that, plus numerous other parts of the tale, can be proved to be an embarassing falsehood.

One thing to remember, the family stories you're talkin about are not ancient oral tradition handed down from generation to generation...they are the work of one man who got all of this started about a century ago when he published a Posey history. The power of the printed word is frightening!
