Sorry, I don't have any documentation but word of mouth mostly because as my Posey family left parts of AL to Texas many records were lost - however, if your part of the Poseys are like mine - they were all great story tellers - I know that probably some was "not" exactly fact. I don't really care about being of royalty - would just like to find out how we got here from Europe. I certainly appreicate Mr. Saunders information - it is wonderful - certainly more documenation that anyone else is offering and I certainly appreicate the fact that he shares. According to my family we were descendents of the John Posey so I don't have anything on Benjamin.
