I am trying to document - I have gone back to two separate people - who have no knowledge of the other's records. Both agree that our Francis Poschet arrived from England in Virginia but died in Maryland. One gave the the following information Francis obtained passage from William Farraw whose family was associated with the Virginia Company. He landed in Henrico Co., VA in 1636 He moved to what is now Charles Co MD by 1640 where he aquired land and became the representative, known as the House of Burgesses. His wife Elizabeth was brought to America by Cuthbert Fynuick as an indentured servant. Her debt was paid off by her husband. Francis died in 1654 leaving his wife & 3 children John, Benjamin, and Anne
