The descendants of Etheldred and Julia Ogletree Edwards and related families of Taliaferro Co., Ga are planning a family gathering on the weekend of October 1st, 2nd and 3rd of 2009. Join us for a weekend of fun, history, heritage, tours and fellowship with extended family and friends.
Mary Portwood, daughter of Dempsy Portwood and widow of George W. Jarrett, married Thomas Edwards, the eldest son of Etheldred Edwards. Jesse Portwood’s daughter, son and granddaughter all married Edwards.
It is important for us to know the approximate number of people that will be attending. Meeting places and scheduling that will accommodate everyone will be based on the number of people attending.
