I had four ancestors who went to Portugal in the mid 1800s, Henry Howorth, William John Howorth, John Stott Hpwprth and Abraham Tweedale Howorth. They went to "manage" an import/export agency of their Step-uncle Henry Hoyle.Henry Howorth had one son who born in Lisboa who became Sir Henry Hoyle Howorth, KCIE, FRS and sometime MP for Salford. John became Baron Howorth de Sacavem married Alice Rawstron .William married a local woman and I have no trace of their offspring.Abraham died in Lisboa, unmarried.
