If there are no numbers on the white pages is because they haven't been issued yet. Specially in small villages as everyone is known it takes longer to do so.
In my parents village, approx.40km to the Portuguese capital, door numbers were only issued 4 or 5 years ago.
With the address you already got you should be able to contact them without any problem at all.
