Manuel Serpa Born: 1859 Pico, Azores :Parents?

Manuel Serpa, born 25 April, 1859 Pico, Azore Island and died 7 Feb, 1928 in California, USA. Catholic Records in Hollister, Ca. have his father as: Manuel Serpa born in Azore Island and his mother as: Delphina Rose Jacinto, born in Azore Island.

Can anyone give me information on these parents of Portugal? I would like to get information on Manuel and Delphina. I cannot read Portuguese.
