I'll take a stab at translating it for you.
I am Abilio Maciel and I know the origen of the name Maciel...probably of French origin. In one of Portugal's internal conflicts during the liberation and complete & unrestricted power in gov't. the Maciel family that were free had to been divided, some to the Azores and others to northern Portugal.I'm working on the branch that come to northern Portugal.I'm from Oporto. My grandfather was the Baron of Fremil.I know that I have cousins in the Azores and never contacted (?) them, but I have family here in Oporto that contacted/corresponded (with).

Sou do Porto.
