Jose A. Freitas and Margarida R. Soares had twins March 22, 1897. One died, the other was named Rosa. Rosas siblings included Manuel, Perpetua and Maria Freitas.

Rosa left for the US August 21, 1915 arriving at Ellis Island Sept. 1915. She took a train to San Francisco, CA, arriving also in Sept. 1915. She married Antonio Soares Rosa (originally from Urzalina Azores born abt. 1875). Antonio immigrated at about draft age (between 1890-1900.)

Im looking for family roots in the Azores.
