Please contact me in in regards to this. Use my email, I was stationed at Naval Air Station Lajes from feb75 thru may76.I knew "Nellie" Marie de Silva Cota. she had twins about 8y/o and a daughter named Fatima about 5y/o in 1975 and gave birth to son in june of 75 that was also adopted by an air force family. I have much more information.
