You are welcome. What part of KY were your ancestors? I do know that Joseph Porter's grandson, son of Francis, John moved to KY. He was born about 1803 in Wilkes County, NC and moved to Russell County with his parents. His first wife was Sally Shue (Shew) and 2nd wife Senath Salyer
Patrick Porter had a son named John and he too moved to KY. I am reasonably sure both John's had sons named John, etc.
