Burwell Pope, m. 1772, Priscilla Wooten; Abraham Hill, m. 1756, Christian Walton (d. 1808). Burwell Pope (1752-1800) was a member of the House of Commons of Wake County, N. C., 1781. He was born in Halifax County, N. C., and removed to Georgia, where he died. [p.70] Abraham Hill (1732-92) was Justice of the Peace of Wake County, N. C. He was born in Chowan County, N. C.
