This is the same person, unfortunatly I don't have access to all the census's and I got the information from another researcher, I thought they were still in OHIO. Just like after rereading my information again and looking into counties in OHIO, there was no North Cardin, so I still am not sure if Alfred was born in North Carolina, or somewhere else. Maybe there is a North Cadin IN, I'll look into that next. Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me, anything else you come across would be great.
