Thanks Al. Appreciate whatever information I can get and I see my mistake. I'll have to relook at all this information and enter it.
My main concern is really another line of this family. That is Jacob Pope b abt 1704 who was son of Henry, who was son of William (I believe), who was son of Richard ca1590.Question is whether his wife Mourning Joyner (?) was the mother of Mourning Pope as this is our line? Jacob had several wives and this is where the confusion has come. AND, Mourning married four times and her second husband Joseph Thomas produces a daughter Milberry or Milbrey Horn who maried a Joseph D. Philips. This is our direct linage.
Do you know anything about this line?
