Hi Tanya, lovely to hear from you. I agree that we must be related somewhere, although I dont have an Albert Edgar at present, I do have a Russell and a Cyril. My direct descendants come from William Pooley and Catherine Gurney (Gurney was my mothers family) I have been told that the initial business was called Silverbells Lemonade. William Pooley bn 1856, Newton, Norfolk and Catherine Gurney were married 21 Dec 1877 St.Peters Church, Surbiton, Surrey. Could you let me have what you can on the marriages, children etc and I shall try and piece them together. I have the following children of William and Catherine:- Cecily bn 1886 Gray's, Essex, Cyril bn 1895, Plaistow, Essex, married Hilda Weatherley 1919, they were both killed during bombing raid in 1940 at Havering Gardens, Essex; Daisy bn 1890, Plaistow, Essex; Ethel Theodora bn 1881 East Ham, married Frank Weaver; Herbert Arthur bn 1878 East Ham;Horace bn 1897, Plaistow; Russell bn 1888, Gray's; William bn 1884, East Ham; 1901 census has William and Catherine at 175 Queens Road, West Ham, with children. This is all I have at present, would love to have more and I am still hunting. Regards Jacqui. p.s If you could give me your direct line, I shall try and work out where we all fit.
