Hello Valerie, I just remembered that I had found Olivier (or Oliver) Poulin and wife (last name Pepin) living in St-Georges, Quebec. That's all I remember. I was looking for my great great grandfather, Olivier Poulin. But, I didn't think that the family of Olivier Poulin and ? Pepin was in my line at the time.

Since that time, I did discover that my great great Grandparents, Olivier Poulin and Sylvie Jacques lived in "St-Honore' de Shenley" when they were quite old.

"St-Honore' de Shenley" is about 8 miles south of Lac Poulin and 10 miles southwest of St-Georges. Note that St-Georges is located along the highway that most French-Canadians used to enter the U.S. for work. Hope this will be of help to you.

You might want to check the 1881 Census of Canada, which you can access for free by using the familysearch web site online.

Good Luck
