From the 1901 Census for Barry Glamorgan I have enties for the James Pook family resident at 33 Evelyn Street Barry Glamorgan
James Pook Husband age 41 born Molland
Mary nee Rees wife age 32 Born Glamorgan Mountain Ash
Sons
Philip James Pook age 13
David Thomas Pook age 12
Wiliam Hopkin Pook age 7
Frederick Henry Pook age 4 all born Penarth
I also have an entry in the 1891 Census for Glamorgan in the name Rees, James Pook's wife Mary nee Rees was resident at Cores Clons House (not very clear, could be different house name)with her children.
Philip Rees Husband age 56
Sarah Wife age 54
two of their male children then
Mary (Pook) age 22 Married born Mountain Ash
Philip J Pook age 3
David T Pook age 2
Lucy Pook 3 Months
The later census shows no mention of baby Lucy?
As far as I know this information is correct.
Cathy Cox is my Cousin.
Do you have any other information on David T Pook's family as I am looking for descendants of my Grandfather's Brother David
