The Hoosier State Wednesday, Oct 18, 1911 Newport IN Library
Estella May MORTON PONTON, wife of William PONTON of Hillsdale, died October 9, 1911, at the age of 45 years 2 months and 21 days. She was born in Putnam Co., Indiana, August 18, 1866 and moved to Hillsdale with her parents. She lived a Christian life for a number of years; was a loving wife; a kind and affectionate mother. She is survived by her Husband; one son- Charles; two daughters - Hazel and Elsie; three brothers and one sister.
The funeral services were held at the M.E. Church of Hillsdale Wednesday, Rev. A.M. HAGENBROOK of Newport officiating. The burial took place inthe Helt's Prairie Cemetery.
I have no other info, this was on the same page as an obit for one of my ancestors so I thought I would pass it along.
