Is anyone familiar with the lawsuit filed Feb 1886 in Hocking County? Elizabeth Klinger vs Catharine Keller? This was to clear title to land left by John Pontius, but wound up in court when his wife was also deceased. There are over 20 pp.in the record and the relationaship of the many, many heirs is explained. It is case #1549. My interst is ion several of teh families listed: Marx, Keller, Hansel and Harsh to name a few.
