I am a descendant of Ann Elizabeth Pont and Edward Hugo Raue. Their daughter Violet Lawrence Raue married an Australian (Edward Harborne) and was my great grandmother. She was born in NZ but I'm having trouble finding further details. According to the marriage certificate of Violet and Edward (Harborne), Violet was born in Tia Wara (which does not appear to exist). If you have a picture of Ann Pont and Edward Raue I would be delighted to see it and learn more (i.e. whatever you can tell me!).
