I am looking for information on George Pont who was born 1804 in Seaford Sussex. He married someone called Sarah in the 1830's and they had at least 3 children, he remarried to Mary Balls in 1858. (Sarah died 1857). Any information on his family would be greatly appreciated.
He was a policeman and then a shopkeeper.
