The American Pomeroy Historic Genealogical Association (APHGA) is currently researching all Pomeroys, Pomerys, etc. past and present, with an Idaho connection.
We have already searched through US Census, Ancestry.com, Findagrave, SSDI, and surfed the Internet for Pomeroy references.
I have transcribed the limited runs of the Idaho City Directories at Seattle Public Library's genealogy section, and will be glad to answer queries regarding that information.
The APHGA is in a long-term project to update the 1912, 1922 reference work, A A Pomeroy's The History and Genealogy of the Pomeroy Family.
