Thank you for your reply. You were way ahead of me. I am out here in California, and have never been to any of those places, however I would like to some day. It sounds like you are really doing your research.
Have you been to the "castle" in Devon? I went about 14 years ago, and it was well worth the trip. It didn't look like a very comfortable place to live, pretty cold I'll bet.
