My grandmother Dora Pomerantz (Dwoire Pomerancz) was born May 14, 1897 in Pruzhany, Grodno. She grew up on a beet farm and her parents were Joseph Pomerantz and Jennie Krasne. She had a sister Katie born May 10, 1895. Dora and her sister arrived in the United States on the steamship Nordham on December 10,1913. Dora also had two brothers who went to England. One brother was named Morris. The two brothers were violinists. She also listed her address as "Gitomir (spelling?), Russia."

Any connection with the Nussbaum family tree?
