Thank you for your response to my query. I also have seen the information about Thomas Pollitt and Rebecca Cantwell as his parents. There is also information posted with an unknown Catherine as his mother. But due to some of the dates posted, I have questions about this relationship. If the dates posted are correct, Thomas Pollitt (1717-1788) died before our Thomas was born. There seems to be a generation missing. It's an ongoing puzzle.
