Some info I have received, stated that Thomas A. Pollitt and Rebecca Cantwell were his parents and His parents were Samuel and Nancy Disharoon Pollitt. Then Thomas and Betty Gillis Pollit were Samuel's. Then Thomas and Sarah Dowdle, then Thomas and Martha Polk. The last Thomas being the immigrant. I am from Thomas and Nancy's son Leeroy K. Pollitt's line.
