There are in existance two pictures of three Pollitt ladies taken at 1) H. Q. Morton studio, 171 Westminster St, East Greenich, Providence, R.I. 2)Jones' Studio, 357 Westminster St. Providence R.I. They were found in an old photo album of my husband's great grandmother Harriet Pollitt who emigrated to Canada from Lancashire in the early 1900's. Does anyone have any information about any Pollitt family living in Providence abt 1870-1890, that may have been from the Manchester or Newton Heath area of Lancashire? I am awaiting copies of these pictures and when I get them, I will post them on my website http://www.littlemac2.com
