I have heard this also that susanna Pollard was part Indian She married Reuben Cooper, and he ended up in Jesse Pollards household just before Rueben died he was blind. His Son Abner lived in wilds of Adams
County no place for a blind man. that is how Reuben ended up in Jesse's house. at about the same time there were Moses Pollard, Jonathon Pollard and Elisha Pollard
all three were buying ans selling land in the same area.Susannah may have been sister to Jonathon but can find any connection ther and any of these men could be Jesse's father but can't find connecton. and these men were in Ohio and in Kentucky alsobut did they come from Va. or the Carolina's which was Cherkee territory at the time. will keep looking and watching for more info.
