Bill, I really was following the wrong line in my family. You had given me some information years ago, but it turns out that is not my line. I recently met a 3rd cousin, that does have the correct paperwork. I am so thankful.
In your vast storehouse of information, what might you have on Polk/Roberson connections? My great-grandfather was Charles Polk Roberson>Isaac Polk Roberson, Jr.>Isaac Polk Roberson Sr. I had originally thought my line went to George Madison Roberson and Laura Polk, who married in 1866 in TN.
