I have recently discovered the whereabouts of some of my Polk cousins who left Hardin Co. (where I live) some time between 1880 and 1900. Nephews of my g/g/grandmother, Eliza Polk Cagle, sons of her brother, Marion A. Polk, 1832-1879 and his wife Elizabeth. James G. Polk, 39 and his brother, Marion Austin Polk, 37 were living in Perry Co., TN in 1900 and were living in Decatur Co., TN in 1910 and 1920.
