Bill, I'm gonna take one step at a time.
Buried in the Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery is the follow two you discussed in your answer to (@).
Joseph WeeksPlot Info 1107
Birthage 41 yrs 4 mos 2 da (in other words ca 1803)
Death:24 Jun 1844
Mary B. Weeks Plott Info:1108(nee Polk) (1808)
Birthage 28 yrs 2 mo. 19 da Consort of Joseph Weeks
Death:11 Apr 1836
There is also a child:
Margaret nancy WeeksPlot Info 1112
Birth: age 8 yr.4 da. Dau of Joseph & Mary B. Weeks
Death:01 Aug 1829(Born ca 1821)
Source:Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Cemeteries
Volume 2South MecklenburgPublished for the Olde Mecklenburg Genealogical Society, Inc.Compiled by Mel and Pinny Cook.Page 110
Also listed is
John Weeks Sr. ((ca 1772-3 May 1840)and Margaret Weeks(ca 1776-9 Sep 1826) Consort of John Weeks.. Also buried there is Elizabth Weeks (ca 1742 - 8 Jul 1816) Must be his mother.
Do you know what became of the child John Polk Weeks named in John Weeks will who surely must be the son of Joseph and Mary?
There are four by the surname of Polk if you're interested:
Carolyn Ann;Clarence, Jr.;Jane Knox;John;
Jane Knox Polk and her second husband Ezekiel Wallis per discrption on the tombstone of Rev. James Wallis 1762-27 Dec 1819.Providence Church Minister.
Interesting is that the John Polk is the one we are discussing Plot Info 1063 Birth Age 34 yrDeath 9 Jul 1809.(This saves me asking the question how you knew when John Polk was born.Evidently you have seen or been to the cemetery. It would also be interesting to see who is buried beside him.Do you know?I do know that in Plot 1062 is Jane Alderson age 27 ys.6 mo.7dDeath: 23 May 1833.In Plot 1061 is Mary Harrison died 14 Oct 1796 age 36. John Weeks, Sr. is in Plot 1064.And 1065 is Margaret Weeks, wife of John.Evidently John Polk's mother Polly Barnett married again and her surname changed.
In Meclenburg Marriages
Robert C. Barnett married 27 Nov 1827 to Margaret Weeks. She is the daughter of John Weeks, Sr.This couple happens to be on the 1850 Mecklenburg censusHe is 50 and she is listed as Mary age 40.That is where the Barnett children in John Weeks Sr.'s will comes in.They are buied in thr Providence Presb. Cemetery
There is a Mary Barnett who married 17 Jan 1846 to Joseph R. EwartBondsmanWm.G. Barnett,S J Lourie wit.
Joseph and Mary are buried in the Ramah Presbyterian Ch Cem there is no Birth nor Death information. The 1850 Meck. census doesn't back the marriage up.There is a Joseph Ewart age 65 and wife Nancy age 60.I guess it is possible that the wife Mary died and he married again to a woman named Nancy. The 1850 census does not identify relatives.
I'll close on this.I'm not double checking this for spelling so excuse any errors.I'm tired.

PSI still think there is some significants to the name John Armstead Polk.
