Hi,
I am very interested in any information you have about the Polen family. My father is Lloyd Polen and we have just restarted our geneology search of our family. We did a little in the 70's but got to busy and just now am getting back to it as I retired last June., Anyway I thought I would post this in hope of someone out there that would like to share information. dpolen@digitalpath.net
What I have is a linage the goes something like this:
1. LLoyd Edward Polen b. 21 Aug 1905 d. 28 feb 1990
2. Edward Calvin Polen b. 18 oct 1879 d. 23 may 1938
3. Calvin Wesley Polen b. 27 jan 1834 d. 18 apr 1923
4. Clyde Washington Polen b. 7 sep 1812 d. 9 dec 1898
5. James Poland b. 1780 or 1777 d. blank
6. Stephen Poland Jr. b. 1759 d. 4 jan 1819
7. Stephen Poland Sr. b. 21 oct 1731 d. 1831 from Germany
8. Samuel Poland b. 1680 d. 1780 or 1734
I have records for up to Washington Polen #4 and his link to James, but the others are from other postings that are not confirmed. Do you have information to share or would you like anything of what I have??
