Josephine POLI & Joseph TRINGALI

Seekign info on my wife's great-grandparents, Jospehine (Giuseppa?) POLI and husband Joseph (Giuseppe) TRINGALI. Both were almost certainly from the Catania or Agosto, Sicily area. Evidently she died in Italy and he remarried and moved to the US and eventually to South America (per family lore).

Their daughter (my wife's grandmother), Angela TRINGALI (born 15 Aug., 1896 met and married Giuseppe SARACINO (born 1885) in America. A fisherman, he emigrated to America in 1902 and first lived in Brooklyn and worked as a longshoreman in the Navy Yard there. After the birth of their 1st son, Giuseppe Saracino (my wife's father), the family moved to Fernandida Beach (Nassau County) Florida to try the fishing industry, staying untii 1925 when they moved to Detroit where the Father found work in the auto industry..
