Help finding place of origin in Neustadt Please Kölln Jägersburg etc.

Helping my sons' teacher find her place of origin. Census lists Danzig. Hamburg Emigration list for gr-uncle says Köllen Abben Neustadt. Later relative says Kollen. Therefore looks likely to be Kölln in Neustadt. But emigration list for direct line ancestor reads S/T/J/L (not sure starting letter) Jeijersburg in Carlhaus. Can anyone make sense of this? My only guess is it's Jeigersburg which should be Jägersburg. But that's a bit off phonetically. It works though, as it's near Kölln. But where is provinz Carlhaus? Is this my own wishful thinking?

name is Kwidzinsky in this document.
If this is correct, anyone know how I can see the original church records? I've never been this far east before.
