Hi Donna,
As you can see, we work as a team on this Forum.
To expand a little on Sophia’s finding about Michael/Mihaly Tudor’s sister, it appears that Catherine/Katarzyna Tudor married a man by the name of Anthony Kregiel on January 16, 1905 in Westmoreland County, PA. The marriage document lists the groom as Antoni “Krezill” born on February 4, 1882 in Austria and living in Cheswick PA. The bride is listed as Katarzyna Tudor born on January 19, 1882 in Austria and living in Rural Ridge PA. Anthony and Catherine Kregiel died in 1953 and 1966 respectively. They are both buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, PA.
Anthony/Anton Kregiel was also born in Chmielow and arrived in New York on June 16, 1900 on board the SS Patricia. He is indexed on as Antonio “Kregich”.
Anthony and Catherine had nine (9) children, all born in Pennsylvania: Julia born in 1905 (here’s your Julia), Genevieve born in 1907, Joseph born in 1909, Frank born in 1911, Mary born in 1913, Helen born in 1915, Catherine born in 1918, Frances born in 1922 and Charles born in 1924. Anthony was employed as coal loader and in their later years the family lived in New Kensington, Westmoreland, PA.
Best regards,
