I did not find info about Jozef. However, I found in Geneteka that the Seletyn (correct spelling) were just 40 people, according to the Polish Census in 1990 and 14 lived in what was then torunskie provice (Torun).

Forty miles east of Torun there is a place named Rypin and, around Rypin, villages named Osiek, Skrwilno, Strzygi, Gorzno and Sadlowo. Geneteka database displays online indexes for BMD records of these villages, concerning the Seletyn families.
