Yes, thank you, I did. It appears I need to request the information from records of U.S. District Court for the Eastern (Chicago) Division of the Northern District of Illinois. Enrico Fermi's intent and naturalization papers are viewable online but Leo Janick's are not as he is not so famous. ;-)

I am also seeking information on the family of Adam Schwarzkopf but it appears he was born in Germany, I'll post his known description on the Germany/Prussia page.
