You might want to request a church baptismal record for this daughter, if you have not already.

You should have received about 3 pieces of paper work with your ancestor's naturalization from NARA.
Are there a set of numbers 11-39074 on your ancestor's intent? These are the numbers that show up on Leon JAMICKI [Janicki] NY Ellis Island arrival manifest.
