We need some advice with ordering some Microfilm. This is our first time, and we want to make sure we’re ordering the right one. Any and all input would be appreciated!!!! Our grandfather was born in Chechly/Ropczyce, Austria (now Ropczyce/Rzeszów, Poland) in 1902. (We have a birth certificate, posted here in one of the labs). Someone here (Tad, I think?) made a very helpful suggestion to order the following microfilm (#995416): https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/show?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcatalog-search-api%3A8080%2Fwww-catalogapi-webservice%2Fitem%2F351873 That one covers the years 1820-1848 which would potentially give us info on our great great grandparents (an Ochab and a Rymut, b.~1854?). But it would probably miss our great grandparents (a Rojek and a Rymut, b.~1874). Are there any *newer* microfilms available? Perhaps for 1848-1900? We might find the g-g-grandparents, but won't be 100% sure it is them since we won't be able to "tie" them to names we already know. We are looking for *any* and all information (births, baptisms, marriages, deaths, etc.) Thanks." PS: For example, we went here: https://familysearch.org/eng/library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=localitysearch&columns=*,0,0 and typed in "Ropczyce" and got a bunch of different records...(?)"
