Help translating baptism certificate from Chechly

I don't know if I can include attachments here, so if anyone can point me in the right direction, please do.

I have a "Testimonium ortus et baptismi" from 1902. This is some of what it says. Parenthetical remarks are my guesses. Questions I have are signified by, of course, question marks. ;-)

Imperium: Austriae ("Kingdom: Austria")
Regnum: Galiciae ("Region: Galicia")
Districtus: Ropczyce ("Town: Ropczyce")
Dioecesis: Tarncio ("Diocese: Tarnow" ???)
Decanatus: Ropczyce (??? Town again? :"Ropczyce")
Parochia: Ropczyce ("Parish: Ropczyce"???)

(typeface) Officium parochia Ecclesiae (this part is written in with pen) "Ropczyce (unreadable)" (back to typeface) singulis, quorum interest aut interesse poterit, praesentibus testatur, in libro metrices baptisatorum pro (again in pen) "pogo Chechly" (back to typeface) ...

Then it goes on to tell me the book #, the page #, and the entry # of the baptism in a big book somewhere in Poland I assume ;-)

I'm mainly trying to narrow down *where* in Ropczyce/Chechly my grandfather was born/baptized. I have been told that it is somewhere near Krakow or Lodzkie.

Thank you for any help you may give.
