Pat,
On the manifest it is written Piekosz, though Piekos also appears in www.herby.com.pl. Both spellings are pretty rare.
The place is Trzesn (marks on S and N). There are villages with that name, all around Tarnobrzeg, in podkparpackie province.
After Tomasz, a Antoni arrived in 1910 (mother was Marya) and a Michal in 1913 (father looks like P or T Piekos). Antoni was going to meet a cousin, Frank Pyd...ski, in Greenfield, Mass. Michal was going to meet his brother T. (?) Piekos on 1021 - I can'read it st. - Brooklyn.
Many others Piekos and Piekosz can be found in www.stevemorse.org Ellis Island Gold Form, from other places than Trzesn. However, the researcher must have in mind that volunteers made lots of mistakes when transcribing those manifests, so it is a good idea to view any record whose spelling may look like Trzesn.
Gilberto
In Nasza Klasa (a sort of Facebook) there is a teenager with that surname in that place.
