Brzosko family - orphan children from Siberia to Poland
I'm looking for information about the Brzosko family.Four children, all born in Siberia in the early 1900s, were sent to America and then back to Poland as refugees from the Russian civil war in 1921.Hundreds of orphaned Polish children were sent back to Poland via Japan and the U.S. at this time; they spent weeks or months in the U.S. before going on by sea to Europe.Does anyone have information about this little bit of history?
I'm also trying to find out anything specific concerning the Brzosko family. There were four children:Victoria, Sophia, Konstanty, and Wlodzimierz.Their father was Kazimierz but I don't know their mother's name.I don't know which region of Poland they came from.Would anyone have information about this family?
Thank you,Linda
